Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are UNTITLD. Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in California, United States, located at 2269 Mount Whitney Dr, Pittsburg, CA 94565.
We operate the website www.untitldmedia.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these Terms of Service (the "Legal Terms," or "Terms") — collectively, the "Services." Our Services include real estate photography, videography, 3D virtual tour, and property website production, along with related communications sent via email, phone, voicemail, or SMS text message.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and UNTITLD. Media, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, booking our services, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
1. Our Services
UNTITLD. Media provides real estate media production services, including but not limited to professional photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, and property website creation for real estate agents, brokerages, and property owners. We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, and communications platform to manage bookings, appointments, and client communications, which may include email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS text messages.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation, or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). All photographs, videos, 3D tours, and website designs created by UNTITLD. Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate written licensing or service agreement.
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in the United States and around the world.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your internal business purpose. Clients are separately granted a license to use delivered media for the marketing and promotion of the applicable property, subject to the terms of their service agreement. Our website content, logos, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (6) you will provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your name, phone number, email address, and property/booking details) and will notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information.
4. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to:
- Use our website or Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or GoHighLevel account
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our website without our prior written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of our Services
- Misrepresent your identity or authority when booking services on behalf of a property owner or brokerage
5. Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Visa
- Cash
- Cashier's check
- Money order
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. All payments shall be in US dollars. Fees for our services are provided at the time of booking or in a separate service agreement or invoice, and are due as outlined in that invoice or agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or failed payments may result in delayed delivery of media assets or suspension of services.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing between UNTITLD. Media and the client.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, a booking form, or verbal consent, you agree to receive SMS text messages from UNTITLD. Media. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, booking and project status updates, customer service responses, and information you have requested about our real estate media services.
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (925) 940-8193. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and interactions with us (for example, booking confirmations, reminders, and project updates). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from UNTITLD. Media.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that your use of the Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them, except as expressly set forth in a separate written service agreement with a client.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNTITLD. Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, Services, or SMS communications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNTITLD. Media, LLC, its owners, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your provision of inaccurate information.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or Services, and to stop sending SMS, email, or phone communications, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also request termination of services or opt out of communications at any time using the methods described in Section 7 and our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, applicable to agreements made and entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
